Paper nails, plastic nails
Because the strength and hardness requirements of such row nails are not as high as cement nails, many processes are omitted in the production process. For my country, automatic production can be achieved at present, and the technology is relatively mature. After investigation, the material used for this type of nails is mainly carbon steel. The general production process is as follows: the round wire is straightened and flattened by a flattening machine, and collected on a certain number of spools, then glued and dried by a gluing machine to make a wire belt, and the wire belt is sent to the forming machine for cutting, Shape, head, and complete the entire production process.
At present, the main equipment used in the production of such row nails are: gluing machine, flattening machine and forming machine.
Steel row nails
It is one of many series of row nails. Because of its high strength and hardness, it can be nailed into relatively hard materials such as concrete. The characteristics of steel row nails:
a. The diameter of a single steel nail is 2.2mm, and the lengths are: 18mm, 26mm, 38mm, 46mm, 50mm, 64mm and other different specifications.
b. Steel row nails must be 40 steel nails in a row, and the top and sides must be flat and not warped.
c. The nail row must have a certain rigidity and strength: hold one end, and the other end must not sink or break.
d. There must be close contact between the nails and the nails, and there should be no gaps. The glue should be spread evenly, no nodules and air bubbles should be formed, and the glue boundary should be limited to 10mm below the nail head.
The steel row nails are made of coiled wire rods as raw materials, and are pulled by a wire drawing machine several times to the required wire diameter of the steel row nails. The nails are produced by a nail making machine. It is then electroplated by galvanizing equipment, and finally glued manually, and the steel nails are glued into rows to form a qualified product.
The difference between steel row nails and paper, plastic, straight and other row nails
Steel row nails are very different from others. First, their applications are different; secondly, the materials, production equipment and production processes used in the two types of nails are very different. So far, the production process of steel row nails has not been automated, and only single steel nails can be produced first, and then the row nails can be manually completed; while the production of ordinary row nails such as paper, plastic, and straight nails has basically been automated, and Efficiency is also relatively high.
